Great new music...

* Michna/Magic Monday
* Lykke Li/Youth Novels
* Starfucker/Starfucker

(Don't mind the dirty band name - these guys are just a good indie-rock band and their album is actually free of curse words!)

Guest DJ Today! 9.16.08

I played some favorites from the last few weeks for the first two hours of my show this morning, but at 8am, my good friend and AWESOME dance party DJ Mike Device came in and played an hour guest set.

If you missed it, you can at least download his two mixtapes at www.stereowarmup.com. And look for Mike Device spinning live at the now twice monthly Tick Tick's FREE Stereo Warmup Dance Parties - the first Friday of every month at Metronome, and last Saturday of every month at the Monkey House in Winooski.

Not a ton of new music in this week, but I've been giving lots of air time to everything in the past two posts.

Only new one of note is The Faint's new album, Fascilination. My favorite song on there is "The Geeks Were Right". (Maybe because I'm a geek... but shhh....)
